Refund policy

DRAFT — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This reflects how billing is actually implemented in the product today; it has not been reviewed against Razorpay's own merchant policy requirements or consumer-protection law.

Trials

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial. You're not charged anything during the trial, and no card is required to create an account in the first place — you start on the Free plan.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription any time through your Razorpay-managed billing. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't end access immediately: you keep your current plan for a 7-day grace period (the same grace period that applies after a missed payment), after which your account automatically moves to the Free plan. This only happens overnight through a scheduled process, never mid-day.

Missed or failed payments

If a payment fails, nothing changes immediately — you keep full service through a 7-day grace period. If payment still hasn't succeeded after that, your account moves to the Free plan automatically.

Refunds

There is currently no self-serve refund option in the product. Refunds, credit notes, and billing corrections are issued at our discretion, case by case, by our team — write to support@nammaq.in describing the issue and we'll review it. Where a refund is approved, it's issued back through Razorpay to your original payment method.

Usage overage

On plans where usage beyond the daily token allowance is billed (currently Standard, at a published per-token rate), that charge is not refundable once the usage has occurred — it reflects tokens your business actually issued.
